Appointments may be scheduled by phone or text. Once confirmed, a booking confirmation is sent through our client management system, Jobber.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for time or materials already committed to a job if a cancellation occurs without adequate notice, particularly for larger projects.

Access to property

You agree to ensure that we have safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property where work is to be performed. Failure to provide access at a scheduled appointment time may result in a rescheduling fee.

5. Payment

Pricing

All pricing is provided as a flat-rate quote prior to work beginning. The quoted price is the price you pay unless you request changes to the scope of work after the quote is accepted.

Changes to scope

Any additions or modifications to the agreed scope of work will be discussed with you before we proceed. Additional charges will apply only for work you have authorized.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We reserve the right to require a deposit for larger commercial or multi-phase projects.

Accounts that remain unpaid may be subject to collection action. You agree to reimburse Freedom Electric & Lighting for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue amounts, including attorney’s fees where permitted by law.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Pre-existing conditions in your electrical system that were not part of our agreed scope

  • Damage caused by third parties, acts of nature, or events outside our control

  • Normal wear and tear

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Freedom Electric & Lighting LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or your use of this Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
