A Better Place to Build Your Career
Good work. Good people. A place to grow.
Good work. Good people. A place to grow.
We’re a locally owned electrical company serving Peyton, Colorado Springs and the surrounding Front Range. Whether you’re an experienced electrician or just getting started, we’re looking for people who take pride in their work, treat customers right and keep getting better.
We’re not a big corporate operation, and we don’t pretend to be. At Freedom Electric & Lighting, you’ll work with a local team that believes good electrical work starts with doing right by people.
You’ll work alongside Joe Wolff, who stays on the job and not behind a desk.
Joe Wolff is a Licensed Master Electrician in Colorado and he's on the job, not behind a desk. You'll learn how to do the work right from someone who does it every day.
We aim to give customers clear quotes and honest recommendations.
Troubleshooting, panel upgrades, generator installs, remodels, new construction and more.
Customers appreciate electricians who show up on time, explain the work, respect their homes and clean up when they’re finished.
We work in Peyton, Falcon, Monument, Black Forest, Colorado Springs and surrounding communities.
Our jobs range from quick repairs to full projects. We work to current code, treat every home with care and leave the site clean.
Code-compliant work is the baseline, not the goal.
Our customers love that we explain things in plain English. You'll be in their homes, so respect and clear communication matter.
Drop cloths down, ladders carried carefully, the site left cleaner than you found it.
On time, ready to work, every day.
Whether you're starting out or twenty years in, you're still curious about the trade.
We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician with at least 2 years of field experience in residential and light commercial work. You'll handle troubleshooting, panel upgrades, and new installs independently, with a company vehicle and tools provided.
Open to applicants with little or no experience who are serious about the trade. You'll learn wiring, code requirements, and customer communication alongside our crew, and we'll help you log and track hours toward your journeyman license.
✉️Don’t see the right opening? Let’s talk. We’re always interested in hearing from good electricians and people who are serious about learning the trade.
